JPC Cleaning has been appointed to provide cleaning and environmental services to London's King's Cross estate.
One of the city's largest ever redevelopments, the 67-acre space is being transformed from an underused industrial wasteland into a new zone comprising homes, shops, offices, galleries, bars, restaurants, schools and a university across 26 acres of streets, parks and squares, with its own brand new postcode: N1C.
London-based JPC has been appointed to all public areas and buildings managed and maintained by King's Cross Estate Services.
Branded as the Environmental Services Team, JPC's team are providing vertical and horizontal cleaning as well as environmental waste services to the site.
JPC manages cleaning contracts on behalf of many of the capital's most iconic spaces including the Broadgate Campus, Paternoster Square, Chiswick Park and The Leadenhall Building.
Managing Director John Conry Jnr said: "Our expertise in providing innovative, progressive solutions in a socially-responsible way to large scale mixed-use developments bring to King's Cross an ethos in harmony with the site owners' own values.
"Sustainability and a respect for the environment and its heritage are core to this development and we are very proud to play our part in ensuring that it is always clean and safe."
