Churchill to deliver digital transformation project

Churchill, an independently-owned FM service provider, has partnered with service management software company, PCCS Group.

The two companies have embarked on a digital transformation project that will see Churchill bring Modus to market, powerful software designed to simplify FM service delivery and facilitate enhanced ways of working with our clients.

With the concept of practical innovation at its core, Modus will roll out in three phases to deliver tangible benefits including integrating people, activity and transactional workflows. The initial phase of the project encompasses the development of a digital platform enabling all people centric activities. This innovative approach will operate as a paperless and email-less system, Modus will use real-time digital workflows and will enable improved data insights and analysis for ongoing development.

James Bradley, Director at Churchill commented: “Churchill is a mid-market FM supplier but we are not a team that just accepts the status quo. We strive to be the best at what we do and are excited to be working with PCCS Group to create a solution that really addresses the challenges of working in our market.”

“Churchill is focused on only investing in those digital tools that deliver real and practical benefits, for our business and for our customers. Working with PCCS Group, we are building a platform that delivers workplace services and works in the unique environment of FM.”

Bill Walker, Commercial Director at PCCS Group commented: “Following our recent success in the insurance sector, we researched other industries where we could potentially replicate this. The FM sector seemed a perfect fit so we looked to find a partner with not only the same vision to fully ‘Digitise the FM Industry’ but who also had the foresight to look outside the traditional band of FM software suppliers and take a new approach.

“We are fortunate to have found that with Churchill and are extremely excited about the future, not only for our two companies but also what we may achieve for the industry as a whole.”

Churchill and PCCS Group have started the digital transformation programme roll out for its MakeReady clients and it is expected to be fully integrated by the end of the summer.
