Norfolk-based Heart Trust has awarded Norse a three-year TFM agreement.
The contract is worth around £200k a year and includes statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, cleaning and adds to the caretaking and existing contracts Norse has with Heart Trust for waste and catering services.
“We are delighted to build on our excellent relationship with Heart Trust,” Daniel Vanstone, Norse Commercial Director said. “We are proud to be one of the leading Total FM providers to the education and commercial sectors in the region, and this new agreement with Heart is a prestigious addition to our portfolio.”
TFM is worth around £10m to Norse in Eastern England and provides employment for around 400 staff across four primary academies.
Under the new deal 10 staff have transferred into Norse under a TUPE agreement and two new staff have been taken on.
