Morecambe-based facilities management firm, AM Services Group, has been appointed to deliver security and cleaning services at Lakeside Village Shopping outlet in Doncaster.

The three-year contract was awarded following a competitive tender process which took place prior to lockdown.

Commenting on the appointment, Lyndsey Parry, Deputy Centre Manager said: “We are pleased to announce that AM Services Group have been appointed to provide all of the security and cleaning services for Lakeside Village.

“The group put forward a number of innovative ideas and solutions to improve on our current processes.

“The AM team began work with us just before the lockdown and have done a fantastic job of looking keeping the site secure over the past few months. This was recognised by AM Services Group who named the Lakeside Village security team as their team of the month due to all of the hard work and dedication they have shown over the last few weeks.”

The Guest Services team is made up of five officers who are responsible for the security and safety on site, whilst an eight strong cleaning team are working to ensure that Lakeside Village maintains its exceptionally high cleaning standards.

Lakeside Village has 45 famous name stores and concessions with 920 free parking places.
