Andron Facilities Management has won a five-year combined soft services contract with Jones Lang La Salle (JLL).
The contract, which was awarded following a competitive tender process, will see Andron deliver cleaning, security, customer service, waste management, and additional soft FM services to five shopping centres across Scotland, and the North of England, including Gretna Gateway, Golden Square, Winsford Cross, Airedale, and Church Square.
Andron will deploy approximately 200 staff members across the centres, supported by a dedicated JLL management team, who will use data-driven technology to proactively maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all centre visitors.
Andron will also be involved in JLL’s mission to “Build a better tomorrow” with the introduction of several sustainability initiatives at each centre, focusing on the key pillars of wellbeing, community, and reducing environmental impacts.
This new contract award extends Andron’s partnership with JLL, which commenced in 2015, and now comprises of over 200 sites across Scotland, the North of England, and London.
