After a competitive tender process, Artic has secured a new M&E maintenance contract with Japan House London Limited.
Funded by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan House London is one of three Japan Houses which are situated in carefully selected locations around the world. The aim of the venues is to allow guests to immerse themselves in Japanese cultures, making new and surprising discoveries and building their relationship with Japan.
The venue is spread across three floors of an art deco building at 101-111 Kensington High Street. It includes a social retail space with smaller exhibitions and displays, a gallery, events hall, library, café stand and restaurant as well as offices.
With the site being open seven days a week, Artic has won this contract by employing a flexible approach to work shifts to dovetail in with the JHL requirements and having the core M&E engineering disciplines in-house.
