Bellrock has been selected as the maintenance and engineering services provider for BNP Paribas across its prestigious development at 77 Coleman Street.
Located in the heart of the City of London and fully refurbished in 2020, 77 Coleman Street prides itself on being one of the UK’s most connected buildings, being shortlisted for the WiredScore platinum award.
BNP Paribas Real Estate selected Bellrock to deliver maintenance and engineering services that will enable a smooth transition into building occupation using the BSRIA soft landings methodology. Bellrock will provide a data-led, agile service and that can be tailored and flexed to their specific requirements.
