The Postal Museum has appointed Pareto FM to provide hard services at its newly built facility in Clerkenwell, London.
Commenting on the new deal, Tish Jayanetti, Head of Operations & Commercial at The Postal Museum commented: “We were looking for a provider that could adapt to fit the specific needs of our organisation. We felt that Pareto FM were uniquely positioned against others in the market to deliver a bespoke service tailored to our way of working. We were impressed with their ability to truly embrace our culture, values and design a service provision to suit.”
The Postal Museum reveals five centuries of British social and communications history as seen through the eyes of its iconic postal service. Alongside permanent exhibition galleries and a temporary exhibition space, Mail Rail – London’s secret Post Office Underground Railway. In 2017 it was opened to the public for the first time in its 100-year history and forms part of a subterranean ride through some of the original tunnels.
Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “We are so excited to get moving on this project. How many contracts are there that have a fully functional subterranean ride running through them? We are thrilled and humbled to have been granted this contract and look forward to progressing the service provision. This contract further cements Pareto’s position within both the Charity and Museum sector building on the current work with the Design Museum, London Zoo and Amnesty International.”
