Interserve Group Limited has won a total facilities management (TFM) contract to deliver total facilities management (TFM) services at seven of Landsec’s major retail centre across the UK.
The agreement, worth £18.5m per annum, is in part a recognition of Interserve’s successful delivery of soft FM services to Landsec since 2015.
The four-year contract embraces project management, engineering and fit out services as well as existing service lines such as: cleaning, security and customer services. The new contract, which started in March, includes the provision of services at Landsec’s sites in Oxford, Leeds, London and Cardiff.
