HESIS, a UK-based fire, security, mechanical and electrical maintenance firm, has appointed a new Business Unit Director, Scott Fisher, to lead its southern operation. 

Fisher, who has 27 years’ experience working in facilities management roles, joins from CBRE. There he held the position of Account Director for just over three years where he was responsible for the delivery of hard FM within the Healthcare and Life sciences division, delivering all aspects of FM and ending his time there at the prestigious Francis Crick Institute in London. 

For HESIS Scott will hold ultimate responsibility for the overall Business Unit performance in relation to project delivery and customer service, whilst also ensuring that effective leadership leads to sustainable growth. He will be based at the company’s Crawley office which opened part way through this year. The office, at Manor Royal Business District, was chosen for its transport links – making it an ideal location to support London and the south coast.
