NORSE BRINGS IN COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR FOR TFM BUSINESS

NORSE BRINGS IN COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR FOR TFM BUSINESS
Nicola Holden has been appointed as Commercial Director for Norse Total Facilities Management (TFM).

Holden, who has worked for Norse since 2012, and has held the role of Commercial Director for Norwich Norse Environmental Services and Norse Waste Solutions for the past four years, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this side of the business.

At a time of significant growth in Norse’s TFM offering, she will be responsible for leading the team into new channels of business and expanding its already extensive range of in-house delivered services.

Speaking about her new appointment Holden said: “It’s an incredibly interesting time to take up this role. We have seen our total facilities management business increase from £6.1m in 2017-18 to over £17m of revenue in 2020-2021. For us this really is a growth industry with many opportunities to deliver even more excellent services to our expanding client base.

“A key part of my role will be supporting our managers to maintain the positive relationships they have built with our existing clients and to respond to the financial pressures many are facing. Our offering must continue to be agile, and deliver excellent results at an affordable, even cost-saving, rate.

“But there are very real opportunities to carry on developing new partnerships and contracts with both local authority and commercial partners. Within the commercial facilities management market, we are seeing a move towards fully integrated outsourced services; it will be my responsibility to ensure NCS is part of that growth.”

Holden will continue to support the successful transfer of Norwich Norse Environmental services back into Norwich City Council in 2021.
