Norse has retained its contract to supply cleaning and security services to Northampton College.

The new three-year deal, worth around £1.5m, covers the three vocational teaching campuses that form the Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ College.

Bob York, Head of Facilities at the college, said: “Employees were transferred originally to Norse under TUPE in a seamless transition. We have enjoyed a very professional approach From Norse at all times.”

Norse Operations Director Robert Trewick commented: “We have always prided ourselves on delivering high quality services with proven added value and flexibility, strengths which are clearly endorsed by this prestigious contract re-award by Northampton College.”

Norse has held the contract at the college since 2010 and employs 50 cleaning and five security staff across the sites.
