PARETO BRANCHES INTO HIGHER EDUCATION WITH RAVENSBOURNE

Ravensbourne University London has appointed Pareto FM to provide hard services at its 200,000 square-foot campus on the Greenwich Peninsula in South-east London. The contract will see Pareto FM deliver all associated mechanical, electrical and fabric related planned and reactive maintenance.

Ravensbourne has a community of approximately 2,600 students and offers practically focused digital media and design courses from pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate to professional short course level.

Linda Alexander, Director of Estates and Facilities at Ravensbourne University London commented: “It is critical to Ravensbourne that we find the right partners who can enable us to maintain our vision and deliver a truly exceptional space for creativity to thrive. In Pareto, we found a technology-lead partner that fully understood our strategic goals and was absolutely the right fit culturally. We are excited to see the relationship flourish across the life of the contract and the benefits this partnership will bring.”

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “To partner with an organisation like Ravensbourne is a genuine privilege. We’d admired Ravensbourne from afar from some time prior to our engagement, especially in relation to their technology and creativity lead culture. We were thrilled to be selected as their hard services partner and are excited to bring our own culture of creativity to enhancing the student space.

“We are delighted to further build on our industry-leading apprenticeship through this contract and delivery a bespoke offering for this world-leading client. This is Pareto’s entry contract into the University sector and builds on a strong end to 2020 alongside wins with King.com and Hearst Magazine UK.”
