Platinum Facilities has been appointed to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services at the Berkeley Square Estate in London. The estate, at the heart of Mayfair, is one of the most prestigious and desirable business districts in the capital and the contract covers 26 commercial properties.

The contract was awarded shortly before the Covid-19 lockdown, making mobilisation complex, but detailed planning, communication and close collaboration with the client ensured success, with compliance requirements fully met.
