London-based contract caterer Vacherin has secured five contract wins, worth a total of £19m, to deliver bespoke catering and hospitality services.
Vacherin says it has made significant advances in the legal sector with four of the wins coming from leading city law firms including Ashurst, and Harbottle & Lewis, among others. These latest additions create a total of nine legal clients within the Vacherin portfolio.
At law firm Ashurst, the caterer will deliver staff restaurant, coffee bar, client hospitality suite, events and conferences in its brand-new office in Spitalfields, whilst at Harbottle & Lewis, the management team appointed Vacherin to provide high quality staff dining and hospitality. The company will also cater for partners’ dinners and staff and client celebratory events, all of which were previously held at external venues.
In addition to the raft of legal sector wins, Vacherin has also won the contract to provide a coffee bar and staff restaurant for a well-known fashion retailer. Servicing a busy all-day coffee bar and a staff restaurant, the Vacherin team has created an offer and concepts to appeal to the wide demographic, with creative touches that reflect the nature of the retailer’s business.
Phil Roker, Managing Director of Vacherin commented: “We are incredibly proud to enjoy long-term partnerships with great clients, and we’re thrilled to be adding these firms to the Vacherin family. These wins further cement our standing in the London market, and we’re excited to be further developing our offering within the legal sector.”
Vacherin’s front of house service, entrée, has also expanded its portfolio with the addition of two new contracts. The company has also maintained a 100% retention rate with all of its client base throughout 2019.
