Wates Facilities Management has renewed its service agreement with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to deliver FM services for the organisation’s London-based HQ and principal administration offices in Glasgow.

The five-year contract will see Wates FM provide planned and reactive mechanical and electrical services, front-of-house and porterage resources as well as cleaning, hospitality, reprographics and project management.

The new FM agreement will extend Wates’ previous four-year contract with the ACCA, one of the business’ highest profile public interfacing clients.

Wates FM will be delivering the services in partnership with two service providers; cleaning firm Managed Property Services and catering contractor Bartlett Mitchell.
