Wates Facilities Management has secured a three-year contract with global investment management organisation, Barings.

The new appointment will see Wates FM deliver M&E maintenance over a three-year period at Barings’ Old Bailey premises in London. The provision includes power, lighting, air conditioning, building management system (BMS), fire protection, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and catering equipment.

The contract is the third competitive tender to be successfully secured by Wates FM with Barings, extending the businesses’ relationship to ten years.

The continued partnership will also see Wates FM support Barings’ Environmental and Social Governance Agenda through the adoption of sustainable technology and the engagement of local Social Enterprises.
