Global engineering and consultancy company, Ramboll and leading facilities management provider, Wates Facilities Management (FM) have signed a new long-term contract for Total Facilities Management services in the UK.
The agreement, which begins on 1 September, will cover services such as security, cleaning, full hard service provision including asset maintenance and HVAC systems, building operations and maintenance of eight Ramboll offices.
As part of the contract, Wates will work alongside their supply chain partners to deliver innovations in cleaning, sustainability and maintenance through the implementation of Internet of Things technology. This is to support Ramboll’s, ‘The Partner for Sustainable Change,’ strategy. Sustainability was one of the four core criteria in the tender process including, KPIs within specified objective areas, CO2 footprint/reduction, and Science Based Targets.
