Bennett Hay starts work with BNP Paribas
Published on 15/07/2013
Bespoke hospitality services business, Bennett Hay, is working closely with property managers, BNP Paribas Real Estate, to transform the guest experience at a prestigious office building in London’s Belgravia.
The contract to provide hospitality services at 40 Grosvenor Place, which went live earlier this year, is worth around £1.2million in turnover. Bennett Hay has transformed an existing coffee shop and restaurant into a new Wellbar and Bistro restaurant and is now working closely with BNP Paribas RE to develop the hospitality, fine dining and events offering in the building.
40 Grosvenor Place, designed by HOK International, occupies a key site near Victoria Station, facing the gardens of Buckingham Palace and overlooking Grosvenor Gardens. The 30,000 sq m building features an internal street and a full height atrium.
The building is home to a number of major companies, including EDF, Invensys and L.E.K. Consulting. The 1,200 people working in the building, along with their visitors and clients, are all potential customers for the new hospitality offering.
Commenting on the new business, Bennett Hay’s co-founder, Anthony Bennett, said: “We are pleased to be working with BNP Paribas Real Estate in such a significant building. We have the opportunity to demonstrate the difference a ‘guest-centred’ approach to food services and hospitality can make to tenant satisfaction.”
