EMCOR UK has been awarded a total facilities management (FM) contract with multinational insurance company RSA Insurance Group, following a competitive bid process.
The total facilities management contract will be implemented at 18 of RSA’s buildings across the UK, including RSA Insurance Group’s London headquarters. The new contract took effect on 1st November 2018 and will be delivered over a five-year term.
EMCOR UK will be responsible for providing the 18 contracted RSA facilities a wide range of FM services, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric cleaning and maintenance, cleaning, catering and vending, manned guarding, landscaping services, pest control, gritting services, statutory testing, FM helpdesk, reception services, and space planning and waste management. It will also deliver first line operational staff management, and some additional minor projects.
