London-based cleaning specialist, Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a three-year multi-service contract with BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Principle will provide cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, waste management and washroom services to The Crown Estate St James’s Portfolio, which comprises 34 buildings of office, retail and restaurant space.
BNP Paribas Real Estate are the managing agents for The Crown Estate and ensure a full TFM remit across all its sites, including cleaning, security and hard services.
Principle is working in partnership with BNP Paribas and BPR, Principle’s recycling provider, with a goal to further improving recycling rates across the St James’s portfolio through a unique waste management scheme.
This includes removing bags from streets to improve the image of the area, reducing vehicle numbers and emissions (all vehicles are electric), consolidation of waste, improving services to customers by offering competitive pricing and free recycling advice, and accurate reporting via a live portal.
