ACTIVE LAUNCES NEW OUTSOURCING WHITE PAPER

Bespoke workplace specialists Active Workplace Solutions has launched a new whitepaper produced to explore the difficult paths of outsourcing in FM.

“Does today’s market favour the smaller player?” dissects the battle of internal contracts, external outsourcing, and the uncertainty of today’s market in business, specifically facilities management.

Leading with thought leadership and opinion contributions from workplace and FM figureheads such as IWFM’s Chris Moriarty, Larch Consulting’s Lucy Jeynes and Royal Academy of Music’s Di Thorpe, the paper provides a dynamic and multifaceted approach to the topic of outsourcing in FM.

The new paper tackles varying topics on a vast array of challenges and successes that SMEs can face when competing against the industry leaders. From technology and data through to financing and managing expectations, the document provides a diverse outlook on the complex discussion by sharing:

  • Outsourcing trends
  • New data, collected by Active and i-FM
  • Key research findings from the sector
  • A historical overview and a look ahead to the future of outsourcing

Commenting on the release, Angela Love, Director at Active Workplace Solutions, said: “We’re very proud to announce the release of our newest white paper. Pulling on our own research conducted with i-FM earlier this year, our own thought leadership and that of other leading figures in the FM scene, we are all highly anticipating the reception of the piece from the public and our peers.

"At Active Workplace Solutions, we think there is plenty of evidence to suggest that change is on the horizon, for the world of outsourcing in business. Clients are realising how effective instigating change in their processes can be, and the organisations are having to match their expectations, for the best possible cost.”
