The HE Simm Group, a family-owned and operated engineering and services businesses, has made a major appointment to facilitate the growth of its Integrated Services Division.
Sean Carrol joins the company as Managing Director to lead and grow its newly formed hard FM offering.
Sean’s previous roles include regional directorships and head of sales for FTSE 250 leading FM businesses. As a result, he brings over 25 years' specialist experience of delivering multifaceted and complex projects in technical services and hard FM.
Sean will form part of the organisations’ Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Managing Director of the Integrated Services Division – Barry Juggins. He is tasked with securing, growing and cultivating opportunities in the industry in line with the company’s overall strategic plan – part of which is to grow its Integrated Services Division to 25% of the Group’s total revenue by 2026.
