Incentive Tec, part of independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has been appointed by the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) to supply mechanical and electrical services as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning to 11 high profile London theatres over the next three years.
Two years after being brought into the ATG flagship theatre in Milton Keynes, Incentive Tec has now replaced the previous contractors working on the West End venues. With the unique calendar demands of theatres, Incentive Tec was appointed to take an agile approach to providing vital M&E and HVAC services to some of the most established venues in the capital, including the Apollo Victoria, Phoenix and the Savoy.
Incentive Tec will now be responsible for optimising the building maintenance services supply chain to align with the iconic venues operating models, delivering great service and safe environments throughout. As well as mitigating operational risk across the venues, improved service delivery and performance results are also key priorities within the contract.
Ben Sampson, Head of Facilities Management at ATG, said: ‘Incentive Tec were selected as a result of an extremely competitive tender process because we have been able to build the foundations of a very successful relationship with them over the past two years. We believe that Incentive Tec are able to support our vision to become the authority in facilities management in the live entertainment industry and we look forward to mobilising the three- year contract with them in our iconic and thriving West End venues.”
