The BIFM Academy has launched its first online training course ‘Introduction to Facilities Management’ designed to help those who are just moving into or embarking on their first management role in facilities management, acquire much needed knowledge and skills.
Continuing BIFM’s commitment to advancing the facilities management profession, the ‘Introduction to Facilities Management’ online course is also a perfect refresher for experienced FMs looking to reinforce existing knowledge of best practice.
The course covers key skills highlighted by employers as needed in the FM sector and also complements the new Facilities Management Supervisor apprenticeship standard (level 3). The programme is aligned to the FM Professional Facilities Management Standards. The content covers:
