Wakefield based B38 Group, the specialist provider in outsourced contracting and facilities services has successfully acquired Leeds-based Woods Building Maintenance Limited.
B38 Group provides commercial hard and soft facilities management services to private sector clients and works with a growing number of blue-chip organisations. B38 Group has successfully acquired Leeds-based Woods Building Maintenance Ltd extending its ability to self-deliver mechanical and electrical building services across the Yorkshire area. Woods Building Maintenance was founded by Jordan Woods in 2011 and has grown revenues in excess of £1.5 million per annum.

Headquartered in Wakefield, B38 Group’s revenues being just shy of £15m continues to work towards its goal of becoming one of the most highly regarded privately owned hard services maintenance companies in the country. The company has been particularly successful in tendering mechanical & electrical contracts over the last financial quarter having secured several new contracts worth in excess of £12m over contract lifespan.
The business plans to move its headquarter operations in February 2019 to a the Marchant Gate development in central Wakefield and expand its depot and regional office reach across the country thereafter.
