SENIOR FM FIGURES LAUNCH NEW COMPANY

A new boutique FM company has been created for the UK market with the express aim of changing the way corporate clients benefit from outsourced services.

Q3, is the brainchild of senior figures from the FM sector, including Martyn Freeman, Stuart Bellew and Alex Gavrilovic and is already starting to win clients and mobilise contracts through its entrepreneurial approach.

Q3 has three main objectives – to help make commercial clients more productive through healthier environments, to work in a more transparent and open-book manner and to transform the working environment for Q3 employees with well-paid and long-term jobs.

According to CEO Martyn Freeman, Q3 will initially focus on cleaning, M&E, waste and environmental, pest control and landscaping, and is ready to take advantage of clients’ frustrations with the state of play in the UK market: “Our main objectives are reinforced by our approach to quality service, people and clients and these will help us to become one of the finest independent outsourcers in the UK.

"We are starting to achieve this through a refreshing openness which includes a genuine service guarantee for all clients. I am also proud to offer a true open-book commitment to return any client income that is ultimately unspent,” said Martyn.

Stuart Bellew is Q3's MD and he is confident that the company’s approach is already making waves. He said: “Because we are not tied to a PLC or a large overseas-owned business we can invest our time and money on growing in a sustainable manner that puts clients’ needs and our own employees first.

"We are committed to a highly entrepreneurial methodology and are confident that our investment will help the UK economy. We are also looking to work with clients that support the raising of living standards for all people in work and we will stress this in all negotiations.”
