Portico has been selected to provide guest services at 125 Old Broad Street, after winning the contract from the incumbent that had been in place for more than eight years. 

The Portico team will be responsible for providing welcome services for all occupiers including a comprehensive reception offering. 

125 Old Broad Street is a prominent City of London tower building located in the heart of the Square Mile, just 200 metres from Bank underground station the home of the London stock exchange until 2004. A beautiful historic building, it was renovated in 2009 and had its pre-cast concrete façade reclad in a glass curtain wall. It now provides approximately 320,000 sq. ft of Grade A accommodation over 26 floors as well as 6,500 sq. ft of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.
