Sigma GRP Limited, a portfolio company of Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP), has acquired Thompsons Contracts Blackpool Limited.
Thompsons is a specialist shopfitter, refurbishment and building contractor operating projects across a range of end markets including quick service, restaurants and bars, retail and hotels. Through Sigma’s investment Thompsons has ambitions to continue to pursue multiple organic and inorganic growth opportunities on a national scale.
Sigma provides outsourced solutions that help customers address optimisation and maintenance of commercial space. The company offers a wide range of services from procurement to project delivery and supply chain solutions of various specialist fixtures and fittings, with customers across the food and non-food retail sectors.
Sigma is supported by THCP, a provider of flexible capital solutions to mid-market companies, focused on partnering with outstanding entrepreneurs and management teams to grow successful businesses. THCP has been partnered with Sigma since 2018.
